Client Testimonials

"Over twenty locations across Wales, characters dressed up as speech bubbles, co-ordinating press and media coverage and encouraging people to use their Welsh in the workplace – the Iaith Gwaith tour was a tough job. Cazbah completed the work skilfully, professionally and with good humour throughout. It is possible to deputise to them in the knowledge that the task will be executed to the highest standard."
Lowri ap Robert,
Leader Private Sector Unit, Welsh Language Board

"The team at Cazbah were absolutely superb in helping to pull together our Research Showcase events in North and South Wales. It was the first time we had organised this type of event and Kate and Caroline at Cazbah allowed us to focus on the core content of highlighting Open University world class research outcomes, knowing we could leave pre-event, on the day and post-event logistics safely in their hands"
Kevin Pascoe
Employer Engagement Development Manager
The Open University in Wales

The Brief The ESTnet is a network of technology organisations whose members design, develop, manufacture or integrate electronic and software technologies. It provides a collaborative environment in which people and organisations working with these enabling technologies can create strong business relationships, exchange knowledge and share ideas.

The ESTnet required communication support to position it as the authority for the electronic and software technologies industry in Wales to increase its membership, improve its profile and position the industry sector as important to the Welsh economy.

Our Approach We teamed up with PR Partner Working Word to offer an integrated approach to communication to position the ESTnet to key audiences in Wales and beyond to build the profile of the sectors it represents and to highlight its important role without using paid for communication tactics.

Cazbah staff became an integral part of the ESTnet operational team, working in partnership with team members to develop an analysis of the industry, improve the organisation's online presence, direct communication channels with members and potential members and refine its positioning strategy.

Our tactics included direct online communication, social media, event management, opinion gathering and of course public relations.

Results

This is work in progress as we continue to work as an integral part of the ESTnet team. However since Cazbah's involvement started in August 2012 we have contributed to:
- 212% increase in members
- 150% increase in visitors to the ESTnet website.

We are also working on the ESTnet Awards 2014, having managed the first ever event in March 2013. To attend the awards please click here. For a flavour of what you can expect in 2014 take a look at the 2013 collage.
